Bestuur en verantwoording stichting Librada

Beloningsbeleid
De stichting Librada is strikt non-profit, bestuursleden krijgen geen beloning. Het verstrekken van een eventuele kostenvergoeding geschiedt uitsluitend in overleg met andere bestuursleden en in zeer uitzonderlijke gevallen.

Inkomsten
De inkomsten van stichting Librada bestaan momenteel uitsluitend uit giften, donaties, en uit de verkoop van Filipijnse snacks. De totale opbrengst uit financiële donaties en verkoop van snacks komt volledig ten goede aan de stichting.

Remuneration
The Librada Foundation is strictly non-profit and board members receive no remuneration. Restitution of costs will only be allowed in exceptional cases and after consultation with the other board members.

Income
The income of the foundation consists of donations and proceeds from the sale of Philippine snacks. All proceeds are used exclusively to realise the ambitions of the foundation.

Financial reporting
All financial responsibilities rest with the board. Financial reports will be published on a yearly basis, 6 months after closing of the financial year.
